Trevor Porter was absolutely amazing! Submitted app online had a call the next day from him on a motorcycle. Was extremely patient with me and my busy schedule! Was able to come in Friday to look told him picked what I wanted. Told them I would be back Saturday. Communicated with him with my Saturday schedule he had everything ready to go by the time I came in. Awesome experience! The entire team didn’t pressure and willing to work with me and ensures I left happy! Not your traditional car dealership experience. Truly recommend Jeremy Franklin Blue Springs and Trevor to anyone and everyone!!

First off, I would love to say my gosh, thank you jeremy Franklin for giving me a second chance at life of being a car owner. Losing my last car hurt me sooo bad, as it completely destroyed my credit, and any chance I had on getting another vehicle. I worked so hard to get a new start and I could not be more proud of myself for doing all of this and more and not giving up no matter how discouraged I felt. Jack and the team have been incredible!!! The nicest, and friendliest group of hard working individuals I've ever met!! they were extremely patient, as i had to wait almost 4 weeks for my finaces to get squared away. But my fiance and i didn't get bombarded by sales reps like most dealerships. The process was stressful, and a tad discouraging to me, as i was worried i wasnt going to get that second chance of being approved for any vehicle.. But my fiance and I was able to drive home in beautiful vehicles. Ive officially joined the jeep club (never liked jeeps, but i am in love with my renegade.) I'm also so excited to make new memories, and of course have a blast in ole Betty boop. Thank you Jeremy Franklin blue springs!, thank you Jack and Jo!, and well, thank you to everyone. I came into Jeremy Franklin after my old car literally blew up on me in the middle of traffic. Trevor Porter was my sales associate and he was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got into something new without making me feel pressured to make a deal. He was patient with me and answered every question I had enthusiastically and politely. He was very educated on all the inventory and was realistic with me. I never felt like I was asking a dumb question and I never felt that pit in my stomach that I did at other dealerships when I felt like they weren’t listening to anything I had to say, they just wanted to make a deal. I genuinely had a great experience with Trevor at Jeremy Franklin and they’ve created a customer who will not only return and but will in good faith recommend other people to come in. Reached out to them about a sweet little BMW suv that was listed for sale. Jack gave us a test drive, which was a very pleasant as well as professional experience. But what impressed me more than anything, was that the owner Jeremy Franklin came out and shook my hand and introduced himself. He didn’t have to do that. He could’ve kept walking by, but no he showed appreciation to a potential customer and that speaks volumes. Despite the fact, I did not find a car that I was interested in buying that day, I would definitely do business with them in the future.
